Women's Meditation Group

The intention of the Women's Meditation Group is to help you incorporate mindfulness into everyday life, to reduce stress and find more freedom and joy. We will practice attuning to our mind and body so we can accurately and clearly hear what we need and want. Often, stress, anxiety and depression are rooted in ignoring what we need most.

Details:

Every Tuesday evening from 6:15-7:15p

This is a drop-in group meaning you can come when you can and there is no weekly commitment required. The group is for beginning and experienced meditators. Each group will be a time to come together in community with like minded women. There will be a mindfulness topic with a reading at the beginning of each meditation and then a 30 minute sitting (or lying down) guided mindfulness meditation. An opportunity to share, process and ask questions will end the group.

Cost: 

$20 per group. There are no refunds.
