Breathe, Babe: the Sacred Feminine

Join One Breath Healing and Babe Council for a morning of connection, creativity and reclaiming our feminine energy. This experience includes a variety of ways to explore what that means to you: tarot card readings, an aromatherapy & Reiki session and the opportunity to create your own Himalayan Salt Soak; postcard and letter writing on issues affecting our lives and community, and even a voter awareness activity to help us use our voice in support our community and women ahead of voting day, Tuesday, November 6th.

Delicious coffee, pastries, fresh juice and water will be available for your enjoyment

If you are able please bring a set of *new* underwear, bra and socks for the women of NCADD. They are in need of our feminine love! NCADD which stands for the National Council on Alcohol and Drug Dependence is a non-profit that has helped thousands of women in recovery in the Phoenix area since 1960.
