Women’s Meditation Group


The intention of the Women's Therapy & Meditation Group is to help you incorporate mindfulness into everyday life, to reduce stress and find more freedom and joy. We will practice attuning to our mind and body so we can accurately and clearly hear what we need and want. Often, stress, anxiety and depression are rooted in ignoring what we most need.

At the beginning of the group we will spend time meditating, engaging in mindfulness and grounding practices to help calm the nervous system. You will have time to process your feelings and experiences with the support of the group. Group therapy can be a powerful experience for connection and awakening. It is a wonderful support and compliment to individual therapy.

Meditation is about stepping fully into your life so you can show up for yourself and respond compassionately to your needs 


The group is limited to 6 women. Commitment to the entire 6 week session is required. You can miss up to 1 group which you can make up at the end of the 6 weeks. We sit in chairs during group and you have the option of lying down, sitting on a mediation cushion or chair during the meditation.
